I think Car Racing especially street racing usually have young women in tight and revealing clothing who are there to promote car racing. I think street racing is over sexual, so this game is representing the over sexual themes of street racing to make it more realistic to the sexual culture of street racing which exist for a long time since people were street racing.

The cartoon women wearing a sexy outfit increase the number of downloads on Google Play.
