Razer Nabu, the wearable smartband that understands you by being with you.
So this year (2014) at CES Razer, the celebrated Gaming Peripheral maker released their new piece of tech ... the Nabu Smartband which looks like this

As you can tell from the image (even though its kinda cut off) it connects to your mobile phone and takes the concept of "Gamifying" life as it moves, the concept itself is not new but the way that Razer are implementing it sure is.
So basically what you do is slide it onto your wrist and pair it to your mobile device, set it up and then go about your day, for example you can get achievments and unlocks when you enter a new cafe for the first time, or you can use it to calculate your calories lost.
It even has some connectivity features, meaning you can "Discover" other smartband wearers whilst you go about your day.
