Reacher Season 1
Reacher S1 is a perfectly solid action show that I've already watched before this review. I do enjoy this show, but it also doesn't really do much outside of action and suspense.
Like, if this cast wasn't as excellent as they are, this show just wouldn't be very special. The story is barebones and the villains are just forgettable, so I give my credits to the cast for making Reacher, Finley, and Roscoe such enjoyable characters.
I haven't seen S2 or s3 so I'm interested in seeing how they are.
Reacher Season 2
I mean…it's just more Reacher. It's set two years after and has a completely different cast which does help make it feel different from Season 1.
That's not a bad thing, but I also enjoyed the Season 1 cast more than the Season 2 cast so I didn't care for this season as much.
Reacher gets boring after a while, so I'm not sure how well I'm going to enjoy Season 3.
Reacher Season 3
I mean…the first half was pretty enjoyable. I liked the idea of Reacher accidentally killing a cop and needing to run because of that. Shame they undo it cause it'd be nice to see Reacher being treated less like a hero.
Once I got to Episode 6 though I started getting bored. This just felt like it was going through the motions. I especially didn't care for the relationship between Reacher and Duffy, they just didn't have that much chemistry.
Overall, Reacher is just kind of there. I did enjoy Season 1 but the rest of the show just exists.
