And it's pretty awesome, I must say. I upgraded from a Strix GTX 980, so this is a pretty nice improvement over my last GPU, doubling my available VRAM from 4gb to 8gb. While the performance increase isn't worth the $459 I paid for it, I decided to make the leap anyways and sell my 980 so I can break even there. So lets' talk games...

I have a pretty nice 27" 1080P IPS Monitor, the 1070 is overkill for it, but with a bit of tweaking to my monitor I increased it from 60hz to 74hz, and decided to test some intensive games. (It should be noted that I'm also using an i7 3770k at stock speeds) So here's the results:

DOOM - Highest possible settings, Vsync
FPS Consistently over 72, stays pretty stable at 74.

ARK: Survival Evolved - All settings on Epic, No Vsync
FPS - Lowest: 50, Stable: 68-70, Highest: 90
(To add to this, Ark isn't a very well optimized game since it's still technically in Alpha, so holding steady around 60fps is pretty damn good.)

Overwatch - All Settings Epic, Vsync
Consistent at 74 FPS

GTA 5 - All Settings Maxed
Consistent at 60fps.

These are just a few of the tests I've run. Going to try GTA 5 next, and will report back with the details.

Sounds awesome.
It is. Updated with my results from playtesting GTA 5, Wreaked havoc for a good hour or two in the game, blowing things up, killing people, getting a lot of the cops/military involved to test out at FPS drops with a lot of characters and chaos on screen, this GPU held solid. No complaints here, and if you have the money, I recommend upgrading to it.

I'm afraid all my money rests in this:

I wish I had the money to get an 1080, I still using 680. https://www.amazon.co.uk/GTX680-DC2...=UTF8&qid=1470828786&sr=8-4&keywords=Asus+680

That's what I have YEAH, well other then I have 256gb SSD and 980m with 4GB, it's an very good gaming laptop.

Guys would you know if I can sell my 680 and how much I get for it?
Well, a 680 isn't in high demand anymore. There are superior cards available for pretty good prices, but you might be able to sell it to someone for a midrange/budget price. $100-150 max, it needs to be cheaper than a 960 since the 960 offers slightly better performance now.
