Recommend me shows that is NORMAL

So I tried watching a Netflix original series... specifically Sex Education I got really curious on it plainly I am only expecting old school jokes, romance and such.

But Sex Education goes beyond highly my expectation. It tackles alot of issues in society. It kind of reminds me the anime of Kuzu no Honkai. Some scenes breaks my heart, seriously you guys should check this out. It follows about the life of an ordinary teen in an ordinary world. No magic no servants. So can you recommend me some tv shows/movies like this?

Ive never expected Netflix can be an alternative anime

(or maybe I got tired of the typical anime wherein usually takes place in japanese highschool, seifuku etc.... )

Brooklyn Nine Nine will be a good choice for you. It's a normal police/detective show, funny but also tackles some real life issues like racism etc. But it's in a sort of natural way where it doesn't feel forced or like they're just doing it for the sake of it.
