Most of the MMOFPS I have played is always Red vs Blue team. Why cant be Yellow vs Green or other colors?

Back in the perfect dark 64 bot days, you could make a team out of any color. I once did a match with a team of red, green, cryan and magenta with explosive weapons. That was wicked wild match.
Yeah, doesn't seem many game makers want to step outside of the basic colors.
