Capcom is making Japanese players wait a bit for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. But they are gong to get some sweet bonuses.
The company detailed a Japanese Collectors Edition version of the game today. Priced at ?8,390 or about $90, this limited version includes a soundtrack CD with orchestral arrangements of classic RE tunes, a DVD with promotional footage, and a reversible jacket.
All buyers in Japan, either of the limited edition or the standard edition, will get a bonus booklet titled Darkside Report. This full color booklet details the characters and other areas of the game.
The catch for Japanese players is that they'll have to wait until January 14. We get a two month head start, as Darkside Chronicles hits American Wiis on November 17.
