Basicly I started regedit and went to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}
and deleted the LowerFilters key from the list of keys on the right panel windows.
Lastly, I restarted my PC.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for my webcam, but nothing works.
get a error in device manager.
