E3 Respawn's Star Wars game announced

If it's anything like Battlefront II, I'm sure it will be awful. I wish they actually had gameplay or something though because that conversation was pure cringe and I can't get excited about something I know nothing about.

They really need a top quality studio to spend some time to make a really great star wars game. Hard to say how this will go.

Yeah holiday next year isn't too far off either so seems strange to not at least have a concept trailer. But respawn are one of the better EA studios as of late so hopefully they do something decent here. I just want something singleplayer focused and not multiplayer, but respawn are mainly multiplayer developers and EA only really like multiplayer these days.
Then IMO EA isn't the right people to have the rights for Star Wars

They make decent sports games, and somewhat decent shooters. Shame that's all they want to do as they used to make quite good single player games.
