The Freedom 251 smartphone from Ringing Bells actually sells for less than $4.

Ringing Bells is selling the phone for Rs. 251, which is about $3.66 in US dollars.

So what do you get for that price? The Freedom 251 certainly isn’t a phone with stellar specs… but it looks surprisingly decent for a phone with such a low price tag:

For a $3.66 Smartphone, this phone looks pretty nice. I'm surprise that it comes with 1GB RAM, a 1.3 GHz CPU, front camera, 8GB storahe, and a MicroSD Card slot.

The screen, and case is probably not very durable. The screen will crack after you drop it from 2 feet or less, and the whole case, battery, and screen will fall off after a high drops.
