Could this be the sequel to Neon White!?! Another roguelike shooter!?! This one looks more combat-oriented while Neon White was more movement and speed-running-oriented.

This does look like a fun first person shooter with a robot theme, and many weapons to shoot. I like the sci-fi cartoon look for the levels. The music sounds nice as well.
