The Roku 3 which cost $99 looks like a pretty nice mini settop box to use to play video files, and stream music, and video from the internet. I like the remote, and that the remote can be used to play casual games like Angry Birds Space.
I wonder if someone can install Apps on the Roku 3, and use it as a cheap TV computer for browsing the web, e-mail, and office work when they are not watching video and listening to music on their TV from the Roku.
The Roku 3's size is also very nice.
I think the Roku someday would be the most popular device to stream online video and music, and play regular files on a TV because it is only $99 unlike game consoles, laptops, computers, and other electronics which cost hundreds of dollars more.
