This looks like a nice PS4 for using in a small place like a very small apartment where there is not much space for stuff.

Maybe it has a very powerful fan to blow out air quickly, so it does not have heating problems. There are smaller gaming laptops which are more powerful than the PS4, and the small gaming laptops don't overheat when placed under a flat surface like a table.
