Sony has announced a new platform-survival game for PS Vita and mobile devices called Run Sackboy! Run!
The game is due to hit Sony's handheld alongside Apple iOS and Android devices in October, and anyone who manages to complete certain sticker collections in the title will unlock exclusive costumes for use in the upcoming LittleBigPlanet 3.
Run Sackboy! Run! casts you as the titular hero as you run away from the Negativitron, a big vacuum cleaner that swallows creativity. Through a combination of swiping and tapping, your challenge is to survive for as long as you can. Three levels have been revealed - The Gardens, The Canyons and Avalonia, all based on the LittleBigPlanet themes you're familiar with.
As you'd expect, there's the same level of customisation we've come to expect from LBP games, and you'll be able to upgrade Sackboy and dress him up as you progress. Power-ups that have been announced so far include a Jet Pack, Shield, Magnet and even a Glider.
