A couple of new playable characters have just been confirmed for the home version of Street Fighter IV. The latest Famitsu reports that Sakura and Seth will join the playable cast when the arcade fighter hits the PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year.
Sakura should be recognizable as one of the Alpha/Zero offshoot's most popular characters. Seth is in the arcade version of SFIV, but only as a non-playable boss character.
Famitsu also confirms that Akuma, who was recently added as a playable character for the arcade version, will be in the home version as well. The fate of his brother, Gouken, in the home version is unclear. Gouken was recently added to the arcade version as a non-playable challenge character.
