Saltburn

First off, this film is incredibly well directed. The camera work on display was very impressive. I was caught off guard by how beautiful this film can look sometimes.

Outside of that, this was pretty good. The last twenty minutes or so are a bit rushed but it does have a pretty good ending. This is a very slow burn but I did enjoy it throughout. I can honestly see it becoming a classic in a few years.

Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone interested in thrillers cause this was pretty good.

Samaritan

This film is just boring. The story was okay on paper but had little emotion in it. The acting was just straight up bad, and I honestly didn't really care for any of these characters. This is the kind of film I'm going to forget in two hours. Just skip this.

Totally Killer

Totally Killer is a pretty fun film. It's a fun mixture of slasher and time travel and actually utilized both surprisingly well.

The killer is pretty lame however, as it's just another masked guy running around but they do have a second one appear which does help extinguish it from other horror films.

Overall, pretty solid, I'd recommend a watch.

Suspiria (2018)

This was a very enjoyable film. It's very much a horror film, but it looks great and has solid performances. If you're not into gore then this film is not really meant for you but I enjoyed this quite a bit.

It's pretty slow at times, but that ending was great so it's worth it. Overall, great film.

You Were Never Really Here

A very quiet and dark film. It got me kind of emotional at the ending and I honestly didn't expect to enjoy the film this much.

The main character doesn't really talk in this film, so it becomes a really interesting look at trauma and how it affects people. I'd recommend a watch, it's pretty good.

not big on thrillers, but I'll keep it in mind :)
