Okay review time n-n of a summary here. For those who like action adventure stragety simulation game then samurai warriors chronicles is a game for you.
Story
In this game your a hero who choose your own path to a historical journey in the Sengoku Period of Japan. He/she will seem young and inexperience in there journey but soon they will have there own vision,ambition to be a famous warrior unite japan. Dusk this will lead your character to many battlefield and mysteries armies. Samurai warriors Chronicles is very forward storywith different chapters seeking to everyone vision of hope and dreams along the timeline of the Sengoki Period.
Gameplay
When starting the game will be simi questionare to see what type of character you are which are these a warrior, a clown ,artist ,gambler or a eccentric. Once done you will seek on different mission fighting along side with different heroes and if your the type that just want to level up to gain more skills then there are some awesome combo moves in this game. The attacks are simple normal attack , power attack which is combos from either normal to power attack or both and there special skill that unleash each unique skill. Also there another awesome skill called masou attack and spirit charge.One attack can lead to rapid charge the other is more on becoming invincible creating a full combo attack. It pretty sweet.If your thinking about am i only running all over the battlefields then yes and no because you have your trust horse to help you along the battlefield.Each character has there one battle skill used them wisely in the mission as well.each skills is used by masou which has it own gauge also the spirit charge as well.Oh that right there powers in weapon too. To combine your skill and unique attack to be even more powerful for all your mission.
Missions are shown a lot through out the game as a reminder and timing on the goal. Did i mention you can switch with different characters in the game. well you can by switching characters will be quick level ups.also you will see morale on how your aliies are doing throught out each mission even see a battle log from it as well. if fail your team morale will go down.For healing there are supplies all over the field to keep your health up. There are event in the game that will lead to becoming friends with each hero to have a better understanding with them and relationship as well. Some friendship are in different event but be careful what your answer or your morale of friendship will fail. Let see what esle to add ohh that right combine and buy at shop where theres horses, upgrade weapons and change appearance in armor and clothing. can also you different hero weapon once to earn there full friendship.
Experience Gameplay
From my experience throughtout the game there are some awesome combo attack skills, funny events of comedy,a lot of the word honor.When playing the game from 2d to 3d you see a huge different of the effect within the game. seeing the wonderful art of old japan, music the flows in the game. you will notice each background in the game will be awesome in the graphic. Now about the wifi streetpass. The fun part in the game there a network setting where you set up your hero and formation move to battle. each formations are fish scale, keyhole, serpent, crane wing. all of them have there great attack or weak but if you have your power skill team of berserker, strategist ,assassin, and healer you will be the awesome warriors that anyone saw.be sure you have your spot pass on or the streetpass wont work and when you walk around finding another who has samurai warrriors you will battle 4 vs 4 and see who the victory goes to when you start the battle. most of these battle can have power up or used the combine skill power into the weapons or magic.Ive battle a few from time to time it pretty found also you can leave message or quote for your team.
