Scariest enemy you've come up against?

What's the scariest enemy you have faced off against in a video game? For me, it would be an 'Iron Maiden' from Resident Evil 4. They made a horrible, scary noise and a very deadly.

For me it would be Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal.

I think the giant zombie monster halfway through Dead Space 1 was pretty terrifying. Or maybe a tank in l4d? Prob not i think dead space 1 was the scariest

My younger self found the ReDeads in Ocarina of Time to be the most horrifying combination of polygons and textures in existence, but that was a few years ago. I haven't encountered any enemy that has been able to top that yet.

and if the polygons and textures didn't do it then the scream that accompanies it does.
