Searching For A New Job

So I'm currently trying to look for a new job. I'm hoping to find one before the end of July. Anyone have any tips or recommendations?

I only have a high school diploma so keep that in mind.

Well, I would check Indeed and whatever local resource your town has for job openings. Go to a local job employment agency which this might be your best bet, though you will most likely only be qualified for janitorial or warehouse/construction type jobs.

The local newspaper classified job listing ads can be a good place to find help wanted ads for companies who are hiring entry level jobs which only require a high school diploma.

Besides what Demon_Skeith suggested, you might also ask some of your friends if there is a job opening at their place of work. That's how I ended up getting the job I've got now.

Hmm… if you don’t mind the idea of working as a barista, Starbucks starts out at $15.25/hour and has some cool benefits. Free Spotify premium and Headspace, and they will even completely pay for you to get a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. I have my rough days at my store, but I’m sticking it out in hopes of getting that degree one day. Best of luck to you!
