Second Ocarina of Time glitch, get inside Jabu Jabu as Adult Link!

Awesome, but plain embarassing on a bug testing level, you literally just walk back in and appear inside despite him not physically being there:

It is actually a very small area that you have to walk into to get inside Jabu-Jabu as adult Link. It's not that surprising that it was missed.
