SEGA Lists 10 Upcoming Titles On New Roadmap, But Cancels 'Super Game' In The Process
Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio all remain on the list

SEGA has shared its FY2026/3 "Full-year Results Presentation" today, and it includes lots of interesting information about the company's plans, including a new roadmap of upcoming titles (most of which should land on Xbox!).
The roadmap is specifically focused on "only announced titles", so there's inevitibly going to be more to come, but here's a look at all the games mentioned in the "Upcoming Plans" section of the roadmap:
Stranger Than Heaven (Winter 2026) (Xbox Game Pass)
Persona 4 Revival (TBD) (Xbox Game Pass)
Total War: Warhammer 40,000 (TBD)
Total War: Medieval 3 (TBD)
New Virtual Fighter Project (TBD)

Alien: Isolation (TBD)
It should be noted that not all of these will necessarily launch on Xbox Series X and S, but the vast majority are expected to. And again, as mentioned, more will likely be added to the pile as they're publicly announced.
Interestingly, SEGA also mentions that it's lowering the priority of free-to-play games moving forward, partly due to the weak performance of Sonic Rumble Party for Android and iOS.
"Review the positioning of the pillars for medium to long-term growth (lowered the priority of F2P). Some of F2P development personnel (over 100 people) have already been transferred to Full Game development team focusing on the mainstay IPs."
And finally, as mentioned, SEGA's "Super Game" has officially been cancelled. We never really knew what this entailed, but it was suggested by SEGA president Yukio Sugino a few years ago that it was "the concept of a game that stands head and shoulders above normal games", and one that "builds a whole worldview involving the entire gaming ecosystem, including not only players but also streamers who stream the game and their viewers".
