Old Sephy was a pretty evil B******, controlling Clouds mind to do his bidding and plotting (almost succeeding) in destroying the world.
However, times have changed. In my personal opinion, the most badass villian/boss in video gaming now is, in fact, Frank Fontain, the main boss in Bioshock.
Anyone that has played Bioshock will understand, but I won't be saying any spoilers at the minute. Now, would you kindly post your opinions

Seph was confused, leading him to believe his mother was J.A.V.O.N.A (spelt wrong, probably) by Hojo (mad dude). He was actually a good guy in the prequel Crisis Core, up till a point, of course.
Fontain controlled your mind by 3 simple words, then later made you weaker and weaker until you actually broke free of the control. THEN he injects himself with plasmids and turns into a mutant, bent on destroying you.

sep is very evil that he summoned a giant meteor, killed all of his followers, had a long sword that could adsorb blood, a kickass theme song and battle song, was born to be the ultimate fighter and he almost fused with a entire planet. not to mention that sep had 3-4 forms he could take on.
