Have you ever owned a brilliant game (can be for any console) and couldn't wait for the sequal to be released? I've owned plenty, and this is mainly aimed at God of Wars 2. For me, I loved the first game. I thought the story line was action packed and the character known as Kratos was great. Yet, when they brought the sequal out, they turned this likeable character into someone you hated. He was arrogant and just utterly annoying. Not to mention the gameplay went stale (in my opinion).
Just wondering, has anyone else been let down by a sequal? If so, which ones and why?
Mario Galaxy 2 was a huge let down from Mario Galaxy 1. I'm not saying Galaxy 2 is a terrible game. It's great. It's just not as good as the first. In fact it's supposed to be an addition to the first game, which I guess doesn't make it a sequel, but still I'd replay Galaxy 1 before Galaxy 2.
