Come July, mouse and keyboard-loving PC gamers will finally get their hands on Street Fighter IV after having been made available exclusively to consoles since February. To reward their patience, Capcom is offering PC gamers a game and peripheral bundle for the same price of a standard Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 title. Last week, Capcom quietly unveiled the details of the bundle on the Capcom-Unity blog. According to the post, for $59.99 players will get the standard Games for Windows DVD packaging as well as the increasingly hard to find Mad Catz FightPad.
The included controller will be the Xbox 360 variation of the controller and will feature the Ryu faceplate design. Due to its seamless integration with both Xbox 360 and PC, users will be able to use the controller on both devices. On July 7, the bundle will be made available primarily through Capcom's online store and Amazon, but the bundle will also be at a number of mass retailers. Unfortunately there will only be a limited number of the bundles available, and as it currently stands, only North American retailers have placed orders for the SKU.
