So Shimoneta, which is short for Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn't Exist, is pretty much what the title says. It is a anime that focuses on Japan which human law has banned all porn and anything sexual of nature and even builds an armed force around that law.
I decided to check it out based on a recommendation that anyone who enjoyed Seitokai Yakuindomo and Panty and Stocking would enjoy this anime and I'm glad I checked it out because I greatly enjoyed this anime. It had a unique theme going for it, the characters were awesome and stuff happened that I didn't see coming. Also the ending theme and the dance that went with it is really addicting, makes me want to dance a little.
I gotta say though, this anime is VERY BORDERLINE hentai in content, they were doing stuff I'm sure you wouldn't even see in hentai doujins but anything too bad is censored.
