It another review by me once again. Now i know i posted another topic about Shinobi with more detail but this review is going to every last detail about Shinobi. You must be wondering why it drop to 6.8 there some pro and con with this game, which will be told in my summary. Shinobi has be around for a very long time. Yet the story has twisted past where one person shouldn't have return.....
This story will be a summary from viewing so please bare with me. It all started in 1256 A.D , a peaceful village where you see Jiro and his long time friend Spar in the Dojo. While there the Oboro Clan ninjas sneak and leap to make a attack. Jiro Musashi and Spar fight there way to save there village.Once done Jiro get ready to head out to stop the Oboro Clan in mountains near Kyoto before he leave his wife behind on his journey.Once there at Mount. Kyoto to investigate what lies anew strange power within the snowy mountains a women curse or something dark... name Yuki Onna. After the quick strike to end Yuki Onna there was a huge explosion on a mountain made Jiro Musashi fall into the snow and to a deep sleep. Year pass by of 2056 A.D Jiro Musashi awaken new time. Been save or found by Sarah who fight against the Zeed clan. without knowing the Jiro and Sarah where on the same side. Zeed clan has turn into biologicial experiments, out of control madness. Jiro Musashi mission was to stop Zeed clan for good of all there experiments.you will see Jiro Musashi go through city, jungles,aircraft, secert underwater factory,Shadow temple and ....outerspace. Will are Hero survive to know the truth that ahead of him. or ...will the leader of the Zeed destory and rule our land.
There your summary story but there are few demon spirit around this story as well. just keep your eyes open for it.
Hrmm... For those who haven't play Shinobi series dont worry there 4 different setting on this game. Beginner ,Normal, Hard , Very Extreme. This will put you to the test, to test your skills that is. Are you ready to unlock your true Shinobi experience to be actually be a real ninja. Then i guess your ready for the gameplay summary. From playing this game, it has good experiences, art detail, clashing music and the dashing quick strike of the katana. Seeing Jiro Musashi return to his roots to stop the Orobo cland and Zeed once again but there something esle that lies in this story as well... biohazard experiment to knock down and destory. talk about Robotic mind i guess. Now this game has our katana blade, throwning kunai's with amp of magic that help Jiro Musashi. Throught out this game you earn point from every foe, so remember make combo attack works in timing.Strike or dogde your way for an atttack or summon up your magic of Fire,Water,Lighting,Earth. Each magic has different tricks fire explode all your foes away leaving your katana in fiery attack including your kunai for far away bomb. Water, you want to jump your air to climb the height for more air combats then jump your way to victory. Lighting is soo shocking to all foe shock them once shame on them shock two time shock the light around but shock three time your a master all around.and last earth keep your defend up all all time, dogde your way from every attack to make the final blow to your foe. I must warn you.... choose your magic wisely only used them once in each stage so you must time yourself on this.Each era your go to is another platform to the next to jump off the wall ,cliff, or surf your way in the dark cave. isnt that fun heh... however worst foe is the blast of the shark it never stop it hunger to it prey.look like i told a boss oppies... spoiler there. so are you baby ninja or a shinobi that up to you. Oh right the Streetpass. Each streetpass can be unlock to new platform to defeat the Oboro clan, Zeed or Shadow clan one of the two. Once all unlock you might see Jiro Musashi son return.
Okay final summary of all this game is good with the art , music, story as well but for me it was 6.8 my reason is this from each setting from beginner to extreme level it intense but for the 2d to 3d effect not so good.From playing few time in 3d didnt catch my eye to see the difference to make the magic or battle seem striking.To play in 2d it a simple relaxing platform. If you played any of the shinobi's series you might see the same era as before when playing. im not saying this game is bad .. just if you want to see the game in full 3d to make the area of the stage be more exciting to see the full detail that yes it great on the arts. Thinking to see more on the magic pop out more so magic meh gameplay awesome. So this will lead to be a ninja not a wizard unless it need.at the end of the game you will have extra, streetpass. Let talk about streetpass, streetpass is the test your skills and this will record your timing. once you finsh all the streetpass whoever own the game will see your record and to test to beat there time record. that about it. Now your extra's. Your have free play to playthrough each stages for fun. Shinobi Theater to see the cutscene in the game. Dojo for training. Award vault collection rank to see if you are a skill ninja and last achievements to see how far of a ninja you are. hm i guess that it from me rechecking everything from editing my work is done.
