Should prisoners be allowed to "make money online" while in Prison or Jail?

I would not have a problem with prisoners "making money online" by starting a blog or website by using the prisons' computers to make money online by writing articles and making websites for profit. At least, they can have some money when they get out of prison when they finish their sentence, so they are less likely to rob someone for money to buy stuff.

Plus, they are not starting fights in Prison while they are on the computer.
