Should schools teach students how to use SmartPhone and Tablet Apps?

Yes, a course on learning how to use mobile Apps would be useful to mobile newbies, but only for a short amount of time before using the App since most Apps aren't really that hard to use like full PC programs like Word Processors, Photoshop, Video editors, and sound editors.

Mobile newbies taking a course on mobiles, and using apps might help out the problem of people forgeting to turn off or locking their phones and misdialing 911 and other phone numbers on their phones while it is in their pocket.
 
I bet you anything if the schools approached the makers of smart phones and tablet makers saying if they throw a lot of money at them they would dedicate a class to teaching kids them.
 
I bet in the future computer class will be like App Class, and not as many useful programs like Word Processors, computer programming, website building and MySQL databases will be taught since "there is an APP for doing those things more easily", but they might not learn enough useful skills to create or custumize a blog, website, forum, or computer program by just typing computer codes in notepad.
