Misutsu (Shishou on here) feels we be better off getting the Sabo facility as that is what bvs people seek. I like your thoughts on this.

Well, getting SF is a tough call. On one hand, we could get targeted by some very powerful villages simply for kicks. However, seeing as I can't tell much a difference from a village that has a SF (ScarletP has one and hasn't really had a real war yet) and one without a SF. So I vote to get it (as long as we don't get trigger happy with it).

I say yes just for the fact that the villages that are available to us for spying/bingoing/attacking etc is very limited and a SF will really open up a lot of options

You also already know that I agree with such a motion, so it would probably be best to get this moving ASAP.
