Shovel Knight has sold more than 300,000 copies worldwide.
Developer Yacht Club Games announced the milestone today on Twitter, adding a "hearty" thank you to players and supporters of the game.
A retro-style side-scrolling platformer a la Mega Man, Shovel Knight is a game in which players help the titular character Shovel Knight as he fights evil in the form of various bosses at the end of their respective levels. It was featured as IGN's game of the month in June.
Currently, Shovel Knight is available on the 3DS, Wii U, and PC.
