Agreed - that's not the Kart shown in any of the other images. So long as he's playable, that'll suit NintenDan fine I reckon.
Also, Raccoon/Tanooki tail. Not sure if that was ever mentioned before, but that's a new power-up. Looks pretty cool, like a shield of sorts actually.
Also, I googled "mario kart 7 shy guy". Apparently all these images are REAL, and from Nintendo. They also say that Shy Guy is fully playable. I can throw a link in this topic if anyone likes just for proof, or google what I googled.

Meh, nothing new. Same thing is in Mario Kart Wii, every time a character does a trick or gets hit by an item or uses an item or mini turbos or anything else, they say some annoying catchphrase.

But on topic, I am so damn excited for this game now. I like all these new characters we're getting, I hope we get some cool Shy Guy themed kart as well...
