Hang in there D_S! yer body's T-Cells (and other white cells) will kill all the influenza virus in yer body eventually just like in the anime.

Did you have a fever? There are more than 200 different types of influenza viruses i believe, probably this time it's causing you to have difficulties sleeping because your immune system is working harder than usual.
