Nintendo has announced a new four-player Mario Party-esque board game mode exclusive to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U called Smash Tour. Players navigate a board, engaging in multiplayer brawler mini-games along the way. Similar to Smash Run for Super Smash Bros. for 3DS, players acquire stat bonuses such as agility, strength, and defense upgrades.
In Smash Tour, each player spins a wheel to advance. On your adventure, you'll collect new fighters, and when two characters collide on the board, they'll engage in battles. Crafty players can steal other players' fighters, as well as power-up their own.
