Why exactly do the news sites care about this again?
Not trying to be harsh here, but High Voltage have had a... shall I say, mediocre track record with licensed games.

Yeah we get it. Some people liked The Conduit and its sequel. But guess what? They also made such crap as the Wii 'Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer' video game, which is ripped apart well here:

Or that Kinect Star Wars thing that became a joke in its own right.
Seriously, let's not assume one or the other here people. They're not guaranteed to make a great game, and them making a licensed game for the 3DS is not particularly newsworthy.
