From the various Nintendo series that already had one or more character included in Brawl?
For myself, here's what I want to see from each series/franchise:
Mario
Super Mario Galaxy
Unfortunately Brawl was in development too early for a Mario Galaxy themed stage, but damn this needs to be in Smash Bros 4. I hear quite a few people wondering how cool it'd be to have a Smash Bros stage with the circular planetoid gravity from the game instead of a traditional flat plane...
The music would be nice to hear too, I can't wait to hear this as a background track for a Mario Galaxy stage:

I also hope for maybe an item or assist trophy from the games, and maybe we could have one of Galaxy 2's Bowser level bosses for a boss in single player. Would anyone say no to fighting say, Gobblegut or Megaleg in the next Subspace Emissary?
New Super Mario Bros/Wii/Super Mario 3D Land
Just one could represent these all quite fine, given how their art style is way, way too close to each others. Presumably a grass land themed level would work well here, with these themes for possible background music:
New Super Mario Bros Theme
Super Mario 3D Land Theme
New Super Mario Bros and New Super Mario Bros Wii Castle Theme
New Super Mario Bros Wii Final Boss
Super Mario 3D Land Final Boss
I think the Tanooki Suit or perhaps Propeller Suit should be a Smash Bros item too, that'd be pretty fun to use. The latter could give them the equivalent of a third jump...
Paper Mario
Seems obvious enough, I'm surprised we don't have a level based on the series yet. Not sure what the level could be based on, although if they wanted something striking and somewhat awesome looking I think the best choice would be Castle Bleck from Super Paper Mario. The monochrome white lines on black background level would make a really simple but effective theme for the stage.
Music is hard to choose from though, you could literally pick every single boss theme in the series plus nearly every other theme in it for Smash Bros, they'd all go well for a frantic fight.
But if I had to choose, maybe like:
Paper Mario main theme
Super Paper Mario Castle Bleck (to go with a level theme)
Super Paper Mario Mr L theme
Maybe Paper Mario 2 Shadow Queen
Paper Mario 2 X Naut Fortress
Koopa Bros theme
The Legend of Zelda
Skyward Sword
Obviously, we need a Skyloft themed stage. Maybe have the Hyrulian Knights or whoever fly around on Loftwings every now and again and have them usable as platforms for a short while.
Beedle's flying shop could also end up in the stage as a temporary platform, and ... not sure, other stuff could be there too
Themes could include the Skyloft main theme, Groose's theme, Ghirahim's theme and various others
And finally, Demise could be a pretty good boss for the equivalent to the Subspace Emissary. Have to admit, it'd be fun to watch Ganon beat him up, right?
Metroid
Other M
Don't really want much from Other M to be honest, but maybe some of the character design and music would be good.
Pokemon
Pokemon Black and White
Well, the game could use some music from the games, although as a non Pokemon fan, I'm not sure what character would be most likely. Maybe a trainer or N or someone with Pokemon from the fifth generation, maybe Zoroark, who knows.
Not sure where the arena could be either. Or what new Pokemon would appear from Pokeballs this time around...
Wario
Wario Land series (not Shake It)
I'd hope to see the music from Wario Land 3 and 4, as well as Master of Disguise in Smash Bros 4 to be honest, since while Shake It's music was okay, it was nothing special and often not well suited to a fighting game. Meanwhile, you have to admit this theme:

Pretty much shouts 'made for Smash Bros', right?
I'd also hope for a Wario Land themed stage in general, maybe based off a level in either Wario Land 3 or 4 given how more memorable the levels from those games were.
Donkey Kong
Donkey Kong Country Returns
At least one Donkey Kong Country Returns stage needs to be in this. It's probably likely it'd be another boring looking jungle, but now I have to say I'd find it just as interesting to have a factory or sunset stage as a battle arena. Maybe if it's the latter turn the entire cast into silhouettes with just one or two colours showing like Mario's cap, DK's tie, etc.
Music wise, I think the main theme from Donkey Kong Country Returns is an obvious choice:

But others could be Sunset Shore, at least one mine cart theme (maybe Bombs Away's theme), Fear Factory Returns and if you want a random one, Feathered Fiend, which could be a really interesting theme for a fight... the background music anyway.

Item wise, not sure. As hilarious it'd be to have a rocket barrel to fly around on like a lunatic (that explodes and hits like a dragoon if you hit someone/a brick wall), it'd be overpowered as hell.
I think the other Donkey Kong stage could be a K Rool themed stage to go with his likely inclusion as playable. This is where more of the classic music would return. Maybe have the Kremling Kruiser or whatever from Donkey Kong Country 2's final boss:

It'd have two of his final boss themes, Stickerbrush Symphony, maybe either Boss Bossonova or Krook's March with an epic remix and some other stuff.
