Has the Covid-19 pandemic and the lockdown due to that affected your ability to socialize with other people? Why or why not?

I believe covid did effect me socialization skills. It's hard for me to just take to new people all the more. I am sure it's the same to most of the people out there

Most of the fairs, festivals and events got cancelled, so I did not socialize outside during the Covid19 pandemic to prevent getting infected and spreading Covid19.

Well I want to date and that seems to be hindered somewhat :P

I normally an introvert. I'm not anti-social, I just like to do things like reading because that's what I find entertaining and I find it relaxing as well. So, I don't think Covid altered my socialization skills any. I still had to go to work during the pandemic because my job was considered "essential". So I was still required to socialize to a certain degree at my work anyway.

Well, my hubby is kind of an introvert as well. Neither one of us is the kind that like to go out and party all night. We come home after work and just chill. He's usually watching one of his tv shows and I'm normally reading.

We will find out soon I guess because the lockdown over here in the UK is slowly coming to an end. The weirdest thing for me is going to be my workplace because I still haven't properly met everyone

I know the feeling, when I started my job the office was empty daily, now its starting to fill back up and I don't know anyone from the other departments I have to walk through to get to my seat.

That first day back in the office is going to be very weird for me. Luckily, there are a few other new recruits so I won't be the only one randomly staring at people trying to work out who they are.
