Who made this and why? Why would make a Crazy Bus rom hack? Why you make it Sonic related? WHY WOULD HAVE THE SONG FROM HONG KONG 97? Seriously I could only imagine the Angry Video Game Nerd just laughing as the song played.

Because they can. Same reason someone made a Mario game with Mario shooting up Nazis and the Taliban.

I vote that if you make something that bad, whether it's a rom hack, a picture, or any other form of media, they should just have the right to take whatever program they're using away. xD
