Apparently, they want to give full personal details for every person seen as 'trolling' on the internet, as well as a list of submissions.
Which... is pretty messed up actually. Doxxing is already hated on a smaller scale, and this is just suicide by internet. Add how 'trolling' is often taken as 'anyone I don't like', and you're likely to end up with a way to ruin even more lives even more easily.
So yeah, thoughts?
