Here are the codes
Note: I give up on the guide because I'm still working on knuckles's pallet and I'll try to post new color codes as much as I can(more details at the bottom of this post). Its also best if you use the tails color codes when playing tails alone. Backup your save game before you use these cheats to be on the say side. Also if you put these cheats in when in a level, you'll have to each kill yourself, go to a special stage, or a bonus stage. If you are at the title screen or save select or not in a level then you're ok. Also these codes do work in two player. Also editing Tails's pallet does edit a little bit of the red spring and edits Dr.Eggman and some other small things. There is no work around with out hacking a rom to give Tails has own pallet.
