Nintendo is funny; you don't hear a word out of them for weeks, and then all the sudden, the videogame news-world is rocked with a seeming bajillion stories related to The Wii. This one is about Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Sonic the Hedgehog will be a playable fighter in the upcoming combat simulator. The very-fast-running hedgehog is the second third-party character to be included in the eagerly awaited Wii game. The first was Solid Snake.
I don't know about you, but I'm going to play as Snake and pwn Link again and again. I hate that damn Link.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl will feature online multiplayer battles for up to four players, and an adventure mode called "Super Smash Bros. Brawl: The Subspace Emissary," where players can select any character before embarking on an adventure to conquer bosses from the Nintendo Universe. There will also be a variety of stages where players can commence battles, including Delfino Plaza, Yoshi’s Island and Sky World.
The game is currently scheduled for release in North America on December 3rd.
