Sonic 4's return to classic gameplay not doing it for you? Rather wave your arms at the hedgehog? Sonic Free Riders, a hover-boarding game that aims to provide a "level of freedom, movement and ease of play" through the use of the Xbox 360's Kinect, might fill your Blue Blur cravings.
Players will have to move their entire bodies to maneuver themselves through the course in an attempt to be the first to cross the finish line. Picking up power-ups and projectiles -- which can then be launched "throwing, shaking, or swinging your arms" -- will give you an edge over your competitors.
SEGA hopes to get Sonic Free Riders out in the United States in time for the 2010 holiday season.
