Multi Sonic Pico Park

Not going to lie I was disappointed that this was what they announced at the Summer Game Fest when it's the franchise's 35th anniversary. I know they announced more characters for Crossworlds but I was hoping for some big news about a new game. The sprites look good but I'm not a fan of multiplayer co op games so I'm not interested in this at all. :\ I'm hoping we'll be getting a Sonic Central this month and that will have better news.

Sometimes you can't hit that big anniversary number with a big game.

True but Sega has been known to at least give an announcement of the next mainline Sonic game during the month of June. Sonic mania and Forces were announced during the franchise's 25th anniversary but the game didn't come out until a year later. It just seems out of character for Sega to ignore Sonic's anniversary but it's still early June so there's still time for them to announce something bigger than just information about a spin off title and another crossover. But I suppose it is fitting to announce this crossover with Pico Park after all the news we got for Sonic Racing Crossworlds since Crossworlds is all about crossing over with other franchises lol. At least Crossworlds is getting DLC unlike Mario Kart World.
