Well, that was fast. A week after IGN Wireless posted an article wondering what happened to SEGA on the iPhone, SEGA answered by releasing the original Sonic the Hedgehog in the App Store. Priced at $5.99, Sonic the Hedgehog is a direct port of the Blue Blur's original Genesis adventure -- blast processing and all. The game includes all of the stages from the original game, such as the vibrant Green Hill Zone. The swirling bonus stages also book a return engagement.
