It goes without saying, Sony attempted an organized pre-order for their next system, but several retailers took it upon themselves to move forward and led to a lot of chaos and lots of disappointed gamers. Though in the tweet above, Sony is saying sorry for that mess and promises more consoles later this year.

Luckily, I managed to get one with Amazon. And even that was a bit of a headache because the Amazon app wasn't working properly. Had to log on to my laptop quickly and do it through the website.

Yeah, it has not been designed well. If you have an order that hasn't been delivered yet, you won't be able to get to the order details page at all unless you go to the desktop site. Very annoying!
