It seems companies can't make any new electronics these days without battling it out in court.
The latest patent lawsuit comes courtesy of Shared Memory Graphics LLC, a California-based technology company that claims Sony, Nintendo, and Apple have all infringed on two patents for their graphic accelerator systems, reports the Wall Street Journal.
These microprocessors "fine-tune graphics by balancing the flow of data from various sources" and were supposedly used in Nintendo's Wii motion controller, Apple's iPod's and Sony's PS2 and PSP consoles.
Both Sony and Nintendo have yet to comment.
