Gran Turismo had a few years head start against these comparisons but still a strong sales volume for the series.

What's shocking to me is the fact that Halo and Gears Of War seem to have outsold most of Playstation's first party franchises which is just so interesting. Like other than Gran Turismo and Uncharted, Gears Of War itself sold more than 40 million.
