I like Soul Calibur, it's a good fighting game, but I've only really played 2 on the GameCube because it had Link. I don't know if it's still part of the series or not, but I really love how you can buy different weapons for characters. It makes the character feel more personalized. I'm just sad it's not getting a Switch release.
