If you're like me and don't own Splatoon 2, then Nintendo has a deal for you.
Nintendo has announced that Splatoon 2 will be getting a free trial that will also come with a 20% off discount for the game and a seven-day free-trial for Nintendo Switch Online.
The Splatoon 2 Special Demo is available for download starting today, March 18, and players can begin playing on March 19 at 7am PT/10am ET. It will run for about a week and will end on March 25 at 6:59am PT/8:59am ET.
This free trial will include 4-on-4 Turf War battles, Salmon Run, League Battle, Ranked Battle modes online with "friends and other players who own the full game," and participants will be able to customize their weapons and apparel. Other parts of the game like story mode and the Octo Expansion are not included in this demo.
