Spyware Cleaner?

Anyone here know a good spyware cleaner for a PC? I've been using super anti spysweeper but it has too many issues.

I used Avast but I read these 2 are good one is Spybot and Dr.Web CureIt!
Spybot is a bit more advanced for a few users but it also scans rootkits

I use Spybot Search an Destroy Free which you can download for free at Home - Spybot Anti-Malware and Antivirus

It also has an Immunization feature which block spyware infected websites.

SpywareBlaster at SpywareBlaster also blocks spyware websites.
