Star Wars 1313 And First Assault Canceled

Today Disney has shut down LucasArts and along with it Star Wars 1313 and First Assault. With it 150 workers will be laid off  and while Disney may license the games out to a different publisher or developer for these games, it's very unlikely.


Disney is about to get a lot of hate.

lol, but he really should have ensured all current projects could be completed before selling off the rights.

Disney shouldn't receive any hate, those that hate haven't experienced being in that sort of position and making those sort of decisions.

Naturally you would be pissed. But this sort of thing is what I expect all the time because eventually it will happen to something you love. It's like TV series, you know eventually they will be cancelled and when they are you may be annoyed with the company, but cancellation should be expected at any time in this day and age.

I've seen a lot of the movies and I was a fan of the cartoon network clone wars series.

I and II were by far the worst in the series.
